Amidst fears that South African utility Eskom will not meet the chilly season’s electricity demands and in the wake of the utility’s request to increase electricity tariffs, the warmest and most ‘powerful’ location to be this week is the Cape Town International Convention Center, at the largest gathering of African utilities on the continent – African Utility Week taking place May 30 and 31.
